How We Got Here
Mwahaha & Co. started with a simple observation: most consulting firms are better at presenting strategy than executing it. We set out to change that — building a practice grounded in real operational experience across strategy, finance, and organisational design.
Over the past decade we've worked with leadership teams at growth-stage companies, private equity-backed businesses, and established enterprises navigating complex change. Our work spans market entry, financial restructuring, operating model redesign, and everything in between.
We're a small, senior team by design. Every engagement is led by a principal — no bait-and-switch, no junior analysts running the show. When you work with us, you get the people you hired.
